Washington's Jake Locker has been named the first-team preseason All-America quarteback by Consensus Draft Services (cdsdraft.com), while linebacker Mason Foster earned honorable mention All-America.

Locker, a senior from Ferndale, was the lone quarterback listed on the first team. The second-team selection was Boise State's Kellen Moore, also a native of the state of Washington (Prosser).

Last season, Locker completed 58.4 percent of his passes for 2,800 yards and 21 touchdowns, while also rushing for 388 yards and seven TDs.

Foster, a senior from Seaside, Calif., was one of 12 outside linebackers to earn honorable mention from CDS. Last year, he notched a total of 85 tackles while also leading the Huskies with three interceptions and a school-record six forced fumbles.
