  • Senior free safety Darin Harris nabbed his second career interception late in the second period. His first was during the 2005 season.

  • Sophomore quarterback Jake Locker's 32-yard rush for a TD was his sixth rushing TD of the season and his third-longest run from scrimmage.

  • Washington was 2-1 on the young season when leading at halftime. The Huskies defeated Syracuse and 22nd-ranked Boise State after leading at the half and lost to 10th-ranked Ohio State. UW was tied at the half at UCLA and was behind at home against top-ranked USC.

  • Junior defensive end Darrion Jones saw his first action of the season. He played six games in 2005 and did not see any game action in 2006.
