HOW DO I PURCHASE BOWL TICKETS?

3. RETURN your order to the Husky Ticket Office by December 13, 2002 for priority consideration.
4. TICKETS will be sent via Federal Express on or about Friday, December 20, 2002.

ARE THERE LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN ORDER?

There are no limits to the number of tickets you may request. HOWEVER, priority orders will be filled using the following guidelines. 1st - Priority orders, in point order.
2nd - Non priority orders, in point order.
3rd - Public, non-season ticket holder orders based on date of purchase.

CAN I SIT WITH A GROUP?

No specific seating requests will be honored. Seats are assigned based on customer priority.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?

Once the official bowl invitation is extended, your Visa or Mastercard will be charged. Only one (1) credit card may be submitted per account. Credit cards that fail authorization on December 13, 2002 will result in the order being canceled. Credit cards that expire in December should not be used. If you wish to pay by check, and the order cannot be filled, refunds will take four (4) weeks to process.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN FILLED?

Priority orders will be filled in point order, and then non-priority orders will be evaluated in point order. Orders will be confirmed via e-mail on or about December 16, 2002. We do not anticipate a problem in filling any order for accounts in good standing.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Tickets will be sent via Fed-Ex on or about Friday, December 20, 2002. Please make sure that the ticket office has an address other than a PO Box, where someone is available to receive delivery of your tickets. Customers can request Will Call on the order form, and tickets will be available on Friday, December 20, 2002 at the Husky Ticket Office upon the presentation of a picture I.D.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO ORDER TICKETS THEN DECIDE NOT TO GO?

Because of the ticket requirements associated with bowl games, we are not in a position to offer refunds or cancellations.

I CANNOT GO, BUT WANT TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN SUPPORT OF WASHINGTON?

Many times, bowl game invitations are based not only on the team's performance, but also the support of its fans in traveling to bowl sites. We hope to have a large contingent of Husky fans. However, if you are unable to go, but would like to purchase tickets, please do so. Let the ticket office know that when you are ordering the tickets and we will make certain that youth, law enforcement and military personnel in the bowl game area benefit by your generosity.
