Of UW's four losses, three have come at the hands of teams ranked among the nation's top-20 on the road. Washington dropped a hard-fought 37-20 decision at No. 15 Oklahoma after battling to a 13-13 tie at halftime and fell just six points and a few seconds short in a 26-20 decision at third-ranked USC. Last weekend, Marlon Woods caught a 40-yard TD pass as time expired in regulation to send the game at Cal into overtime.
