» Washington is now 16-15 its 14 NCAA Tournament appearances all-time. The Huskies are 6-4 in NCAA Tournament games under Lorenzo Romar.
» Washington improved to 25-9 on the season and has won eight-straight games. The Huskies have won 13 of their last 15 games.
» The Huskies set their best three-point percentage of the season with its .643 mark tonight on 9-of-14 shooting. Washington's best three-point percentage headed into tonight's game was .571 (8-14) against Portland on Dec. 19, 2009.
» Marquette's 12 three-point field goals was the most against the Huskies this year. Previously, the most three-point field goals against Washington this season was eight, twice - at Arizona and at Arizona State. The best three-point percentage against the Huskies was .600 at USC (6-10)
» With his 19 points against Marquette, Isaiah Thomas now has 1,106 career points, all in just two seasons - the most ever for a Washington player in their first two seasons.
» Quincy Pondexter played in his 134th career game at Washington, setting a new school record for most appearances as a Husky.
» Quincy Pondexter moved into sole possession of fourth place on the UW career scoring chart with 1,761) points in his four seasons as a Husky.
» Former Washington standouts Jon Brockman and Spencer Hawes were in attendance at today's NCAA Tournament game. Both currently play for the Sacramento Kings in the National Basketball Association. Also in the crowd were rising senior linebacker Mason Foster and current UW track & field coach Greg Metcalf.
