SEATTLE - With the start of college basketball practice just a couple of weeks away, the University of Washington's Husky Ticket Office has placed a limited number of special five-game men's basketball mini-plans on sale to the general public.
In addition to season tickets, which are also currently on sale, these special ticket packages are available by calling 206/543-2200 or by clicking here.
The five-game plans include four tickets to a pre-set schedule of Pacific-10 Conference games and one non-league contest. The "Purple" pack consists of a ticket to see the Huskies face Montana, California, UCLA, Oregon State and Arizona State. The "Gold" package includes Morgan State, Stanford, USC, Oregon and Arizona.
For a bleacher seat with back seating located at the end of the court of in the corner sections, the cost is just $130 per seat. For a bleacher seat without a back, the cost is just $110 per seat.
A limited number of available single game tickets to each of the Huskies' 11 non-conference home games are scheduled to go on sale October 6. Tickets to see Washington play its Pac-10 Conference foes go on sale Dec. 15.
Washington begins practice for the upcoming season on Friday, October 17 - the NCAA's mandated first date that teams can begin official practice sessions. The Huskies will play Western Washington University in an exhibition contest on November 6 before opening the regular-season on the road at the University of Portland on Nov. 15.
