SEATTLE (AP) - Sean Redhage scored eight of his career-high 29 points in overtime as Arizona State beat Washington 79-77 on Saturday.
The Huskies had the ball for the final 10 seconds of the game, but failed to take a shot.
Redhage scored the first five points of overtime as Arizona State jumped out to a 72-67 lead, but Will Conroy hit two 3-pointers as Washington answered with an 8-0 run.
With Washington leading 77-76, Curtis Millage's 15-foot baseline jumper with 24 seconds remaining put the Sun Devils ahead for good. Redhage made one of two free throws with 11 seconds left to conclude the scoring.
Jamal Hill scored 14 points and Ike Diogu 11 for Arizona State (15-7, 7-4 Pac-10).
Nate Robinson scored a career-high 20 points and Conroy added 16 for Washington (8-12, 3-8).
It was the second overtime loss in as many games for Washington, which fell to No. 2 Arizona 88-85 on Thursday.
The Sun Devils led by five points with under a minute to play in regulation, but missed five of six free-throw attempts in the final 32.7 seconds to open the door for Washington.
Conroy made a layup with 17.1 seconds remaining and, following two missed free throws by Millage one second later, Doug Wrenn made a 3-footer with 7.9 seconds left to tie the game.
Arizona State had one final chance in regulation, but Millage missed on a desperation 3-pointer as time expired.
For only the second time in conference play this season, Washington shot better than 50 percent from the field, but the Sun Devils dominated the offensive boards, 17-6.
The Sun Devils led for the entire first half, but the second half saw 12 lead changes.
