With his 18 points, Spencer Hawes moved to #3 on UW's all-time Freshman Points list, passing Chris Welp.

Jon Brockman notched his 11th double-double of the season, and his 15th career double-double. The sophomore averaged 18 points and 12 rebounds on the weekend, and has scored in double-figures the last twelve games in a row.

Washington held the Cardinal to only 9 points in the first 17 minutes of the second half.

Stanford shot 50% in the first half, but only 25% in the second half.

Washington forced, a Pac-10 season-high, 19 turnovers. The previous high was 18 against Oregon.

The Huskies held Stanford to a Washington Pac-10 opponent low of 52 points. The previous low was Arizona State's 53, on January 6, 2007. The season opponent low was Weber State's 51.

Coach Romar notched his 100th win as a Husky Coach, joining Hec Edmundson, Tippy Dye, Marv Harshman and Bob Bender.
