Dec. 20, 2009

With the 2009 Husky football season having come to a close, now is the time to have a look at where various UW players put their names in the record book.

You can download a PDF of the entire, updated record book by clicking here.

Everyone who watched the Dawgs play this year knows that quarterback Jake Locker had a fabulous year. But did you know that his 3,188 yards of total offense per game was second-best in Husky history? Or that Erik Folk's field goal percentage of .857 (18-for-21) was third-best, behind only Chuck Nelson and Jeff Jaeger.

Jermaine Kearse's 866 yards were seventh-most in Husky single-season history and Mason Foster set a school record with six forced fumbles in 2009.

You can read about those stats and much, more more as the record book includes 124 pages jammed with stats, records and information.
