SEATTLE - With enthusiasm for Washington Husky football among its highest levels in years, the UW athletic department is providing its football fans with even more reasons to renew or purchase season tickets in 2010.
The Husky Ticket Office announced a new football season ticket renewal program that rewards fans for early renewal.
Current season ticket holders who renew by January 19 will be entered to win an assortment of great Washington football-related prizes, including game day sideline passes, autographed memorabilia or additional single game tickets.
The easiest and fastest way to renew season tickets is to visit the "tickets" link at GoHuskies.com. Simply enter your customer account information and provide the required information. You can also call the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 or come by the office in person in the Graves Building 3910 Montlake Blvd NE.
Washington opens the 2010 season on Sept. 4 at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. The Huskies play the first of six home games the following weekend when they host Big East Conference foe Syracuse on Sept. 11. The Big 12 North Division champion Nebraska Cornhuskers visit Husky Stadium on Sept. 18. Washington also hosts Pac-10 opponents Arizona State (Oct. 9), Oregon State (Oct. 16), Stanford (Oct. 30) and UCLA (Nov. 13).
An email was distributed last night announcing this special promotion to season ticket holders. If you are a current season ticket holder and did not receive this notice, contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 to update your account information.
Hard copy season ticket renewal are scheduled to be mailed on January 28th. Tyee Club and season ticket renewals are due by March 1st.
The Husky Ticket Office is also accepting deposits for new season tickets. So far this winter, the ticket office reports nearly 800 new season ticket deposits. Visit GoHuskies.com or call the ticket office for more information.
Washington also unveiled all season ticket prices for 2010 and has created a new "Value Reserved" seating area that provides a more affordable option to attend all six Husky home games.
