• Washington improved to 7-6, 2-1 in the Pac-10 Conference. Arizona State fell to 8-6, 0-3.
• The Huskies upped their record against the Sun Devils to 27-23, while also snapping a 10 game losing streak to ASU. Washington's last win prior to Thursday night's was on Dec. 29, 2004.

Team Game Notes • Line-up: Sami Whitcomb, Mackenzie Argens, Regina Rogers, Sarah Morton and Kristi Kingma. Washington has used this lineup in all but one games this season (BYU).

Individual Game Notes
• Senior Sami Whitcomb scored 26 points, a season-high. She also surpassed the 1,000-point barrier, becoming the 21st player at Washington to achieve that distinction. Whitcomb currently has 1,010 points, behind Tara Davis (1,143).
• Whitcomb tied a season-high with five 3-pointers. Her career-best from beyond-the-arc is six, set against Oregon during the Pac-10 Tournament last season (3/12/09)
• The double-double for Whitcomb was her fourth overall, and her third this season. The 11 rebounds was also a season high.
• Whitcomb scored 20 points for the fifth time this season, 12th overall.
Kristi Kingma scored in double figures for the fourth time this season.
