WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - The University of Washington at Stanford football game on Saturday, September 26, will be televised by Fox College Sports, the Pacific-10 Conference announced today. The telecast from Stanford Stadium will begin at 6:00 p.m. PDT.
The game was not selected as one of the games to be presented that day on one of the Conference's regular television packages and special arrangements were made to have Fox College Sports produce the game. Complete distribution outlets for the telecast will be announced when those arrangements have been finalized. In addition, the telecast will be aired by the University of Washington on-campus cable system.
"We are thrilled and very appreciative that the Pac-10, FSN and FSN Northwest all worked together to make this happen," said Washington director of athletics Scott Woodward. "The decision to produce this game and make it available is a testament to the passion and loyalty of Washington Husky fans."
FCS is located on channel 415 on Comcast cable systems throughout the state of Washington. It is also listed as channel 302 on Verizon FiOS TV. To check listings in your area, click here or check the FCS website.
