Follow all the behind-the-scenes moments from the Huskies road trip

EUGENE, Ore. - A new year is time for new beginnings, and the Washington women's basketball team is able to experience both on this road trip.

First, the team will say goodbye to 2009, and hello to a new decade. Then the team will usher in the second portion of their schedule - Pac-10 Conference games. All of this occurs in Eugene, where the Huskies will meet the Ducks at Mac Court on Saturday night for the final time in the building's history.

In the spirit of the New Year, the Huskies have written down a set of resolutions that they (hopefully) will stick to in 2010. Some are basketball-related, others hit on a more personal note. But we figured that we would share some of the best with you.

Coach Tia Jackson
Resolution: "To cut from two Venti Caramel ice coffees a day (from Starbucks) to one; get my braces taken off early, too."

Assistant Coach Fred Applin
Resolution: I want to spend more time with family (i.e. vacation). And I want to read more Christian motivational books.

Assistant Coach Loree Payne
Resolution: I need to drink A LOT less Diet Coke

Operations Director Wingate Smith
Resolution: I don't really do resolutions. I give up one new thing every month. In January I'm not going to drink any caffeine.

Forward Laura McLellan
Resolution: I don't want to get any technical fouls for the rest of the year

Forward Mackenzie Argens
Resolution: To go up stronger with the ball in the post. And I want to do better in school.

Guard Kristi Kingma
Resolution: I want to grow a lot closer with my good friend Christina Rozier, A.K.A. "Miami." Oh, and I want to stop spraining my ankles.

Point Guard Sarah Morton
Resolution: I want to dress classier.

Guard Christina Rozier
Resolution: I want for us to win a Pac-10 Championship. And I want to continue to grow closer with God.

Forward Jeneva Anderson

Resolution: I want to get LeBron James' number. And to stick with our goal of "4/20/64"
Ed Note: 4/20/64 refers to the Huskies team goal to finish in the Top 4 of the Pac-10, win 20 games and make the NCAA Tournament field of 64.

Forward Mollie Williams
Resolution: NCAA Tournament. And 4/20/64

Post Regina Rogers
Resolution: To stop eating from fast food chains.

Guard/forward Sami Whitcomb
Resolution: To stop biting my fingernails

Student manager Lars Phillips
Resolution: To make the women's basketball and baseball teams better this year than last.
