SEATTLE - Fans of Washington track and field will have three opportunities in the next week to watch the 2006 Pac-10 Track and Field Championships on Fox Sports Northwest.

The two-hour, tape-delayed broadcast of last weekend's Championship meet at Oregon will include most track finals and highlights of the field events, as well as interviews with selected winners and coaches. Dwight Stones and Tom Feuer provide commentary from the booth, with Jim Watson providing updates and interviews from the infield.

The broadcast will air three times in the coming week:

Thursday, May 18, 12-2 p.m.
Saturday, May 20, 4-6 p.m.
Sunday, May 21, 1-3 p.m.

Juan Romero (javelin), Norris Frederick (long jump) and Shane Charles (400-meter hurdles) each won Pac-10 titles, the Huskies' most individual titlists since 1976. Those wins, plus outstanding performances in other events helped the UW men to fourth in the team standings, the best team finish for a Washington men's team since 1997.

The Washington women placed seventh, led by second-place finishes in the javelin (Tiffany Zahn) and 1,500 meters (Amy Lia), and a tie for second in the pole vault (Carly Dockendorf).

USC won the Pac-10 men's title in dramatic fashion over host Oregon, with Arizona State dominating the distance events for a narrow win over Stanford in women's team competition.
