SEATTLE - As part of ESPN.com's weekly interactive feature, The Players, Washington quarterback Marques Tuiasosopo will make a special appearance in chat on Monday.
Tuiasosopo is having an outstanding senior season and has led the Huskies to a 3-0 record and a No. 7 ranking in the ESPN/Coaches poll. His numbers reflect the Huskies fast start. He has passed for 646 yards and three touchdowns and has rushed for 168 ards and another two TDs.
Last season Tuiasosopo was a Second-team All-Pac-10 selection and was named the Pac-10's Offensive Player of the Year by the Tacoma News Tribune. He also topped the squad by accounting for 18 total touchdowns (six rushing, 12 passing). The highlight of his '99 season was when he turned in one of the nation's top single-game performances when he totaled 509 yards of total offense in victory against Stanford. He passed for 302 yards and rushed for 207 yards to become first Division I player ever to post a 300/200 game.
