SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Jeremy Eaton scored a career-high 25 points as Gonzaga beat No. 22 Washington 82-71 Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs (6-3) led nearly the entire game and outscored the Huskies 10-4 in the final 1:40 to put the game away.

Todd MacCulloch scored 28 points for Washington (4-3), which lost its third straight game. The road-weary Huskies were playing their sixth consecutive game away from home.

Washington pulled within one point with 14:48 left on a basket by MacCulloch, but Gonzaga responded with an 18-3 run to take a 64-48 lead.

Washington later cut Gonzaga's lead to five, but Richie Frahm went 10-for-10 from the foul line in the final 1:23 to clinch the victory for the Bulldogs.

Frahm finished with 21 points for Gonzaga, which made seven 3-pointers while holding Washington to one.

MacCulloch was 11-for-15 from the field and grabbed 15 rebounds. Eaton, one inch shorter than the 7-foot MacCulloch, was 10-for-21 from the field but had only four rebounds.

Chris Walcott added 18 points for Washington. But Deon Luton, who was averaging 13.5 points, was held to two on 1-for-9 shooting from the field.

Washington played without starting guard Donald Watts, who was sidelined by a sprained ankle.
