SEATTLE, Wash.--Both the Husky men's and women's track teams broke into the top 10 in the national rankings this week. In the United States Track Coaches Association (USTCA) men's rankings, the Huskies are 6th, with a total of 221.28 points, while the Washington women occupy the 9th spot in the women's rankings with 209.09 points
The University of Nebraska held its position in the top spots of both rankings this week, with 221.73 points on the men's side, and 231.45 for the women.
Points are determined weekly by individual athlete performances, as well as overall team performance. The Huskies' next meet will be Feb. 14 at Airforce in Colorado Springs, Colo.
