2009-10: Competed attached for the first time at the Sundodger, placing 33rd overall ... took 11th at the Emerald City Open ... season closed with a 32nd-place effort at the Mike Hodges Invite in Oregon ... earned honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic ... (Track): Showed a lot of promise in her first season, running at both conference meets indoors and out ... opened her outdoor season with a strong first 1,500-meters, clocking 4:38.02 at the Stanford Invitational ... also ran a season-best 2:14.82 over 800-meters at Stanford ... placed 17th at the Pac-10 Championships in Berkeley at 1,500-meters, running 4:40.32 ... ran the steeplechase twice, including a sixth-place finish at the Pepsi Team Invite in 11:31.38 ... indoors, ran the 800m leg on the Husky distance medley relay at the MPSF Championships which took sixth in 11:37.79, the No. 10 mark in school history ... fastest of three mile runs was 5:05.78 at the Husky Classic ... seventh at 800-meters in the UW Final Qualifier, finishing in 2:16.75 ... earned her first Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

2008-09: Redshirted the season but competed unattached ... was the 53rd finisher at the Sundodger Invite in her first college race ... placed ninth overall at the Emerald City Open at Woodland Park ... came in 16th-place at the Cascade Conference Preview at Lincoln Park ... redshirted the track season.

High School and Personal: Born in Tarzana, California ... parents are Christina and Chip Lightfoot ... has one younger brother, Conrad, and younger sisters Kelsey and Kinsey ... two-time Tri-Valley League cross country champion and runner of the year ... finished third at state as a sophomore in 2005, leading Oak Park to a 2nd-place finish ... competed at Nike Team Nationals in 2005, placing 36th overall as her team took 12th ... missed junior season with an ankle injury, but came back as a senior to win the league title once again and place 10th at state ... a nine-time league champion on the track, and the Ventura County 1600m champion as a senior ... cross country team placed in the top-three at state all three years she competed ... inducted into the Ventura County Sports Hall of Fame as Oak Park's Athlete of the Year.
