HIGH SCHOOL: Named first-team 3A all-state at running back by both the Seattle Times and the Associated Press following senior season at Shelton, where he teamed with fellow Husky freshman David Ajamu ... MVP of the 3A Narrows League ... rushed for 2,389 yards and scored 29 touchdowns as a senior in 2012 ... broke the school's single-season rushing record by more than 700 yards... helped lead the High Climbers to a 7-3 record in 2012, reaching the district playoffs ... opened his senior season by rushing for 329 yards and three scores on 31 carries in a win over Tumwater ... ran for 212 the next week and then burst out for 359 and two TDs on 41 carries vs. Wilson ... also surpassed 200 yards vs. Yelm (280), Foss (270), Lincoln (245) and Mt.
