2013: Enrolled in a master's program in public policy and joined the team for fall camp in 2013 ... earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado (a double major in business (international affairs) and political science) and is thus eligible to play in 2013 ... handled one kickoff in the Idaho State game, his first action as a Husky ... also kicked off once vs. Colorado.

AT COLORADO: Spent four seasons on the team at Colorado, redshirting as a true freshman in 2009 ... in 2010, served as the team's starting punter, averaging 39.5 yards on 60 punts over 12 games ... had 11 punts inside the 20-yard line and only two that went for touchbacks ... didn't see any game action in 2011 ... in 2012, was the primary kickoff specialist, doing so in nine of 12 games ... while at CU, enrolled in a study abroad program that took him to Florence, Italy, for five weeks.

HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior at Denver East High, earned first-team All-Colorado and 5A all-state... connected on 12 out of 13 field goal tries as a senior, with his only miss from 58 yards ... his 12 made field goals averaged more than 41 yards in distance ... also made 35 of 37 PATs, with both misses being blocks ... averaged 40 yards per punt ... as a junior made five out of seven field-goal attempts (long of 52) and 23 of 24 PAT tries (the one miss was blocked) ... also earned two letters in soccer, scoring 13 goals as a senior and earning first-team all-league honors twice and second-team all-state as a senior ... a member of the National Honor Society with a 4.22 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in high school ... played football for coach Ron Woolfork.
