Rose on her experience with Washington Women’s Soccer:

“It’s been a privilege to be a part of Coach Gallimore’s staff since 2004.  It’s an incredibly challenging and rewarding atmosphere to work in where the coaches, support staff, and athletes are all on the same page.  It is really exciting to be part of a staff and team that has such a great buy-in and understanding of the importance of strength and conditioning.  I love being in a place where we are continually seeking out ways to not only improve the team’s on-field performance, but also their character outside of soccer.  Those two things can go hand-in-hand, and no one does it better than Coach Gallimore’s staff.”
