2014: Improved her PRs significantly and made the Husky top-10 lists in both the weight throw and hammer throw … outdoors, threw a career-best 160-1 in the hammer at the Ken Shannon Invitational, moving up to seventh on the top-10 list … took second-place in the UW-WSU Dual in the hammer throwing 158-10 … third in the Washington Open hammer throw at 156-11, a five-foot PR at the time … indoors, had a three-foot PR in her last meet of the season, going 52-5 ¼ at the UW Indoor Open, improving to No. 5 on the top-10 list.

Concentrated on the hammer and weight throw in her first season … top moment came at the UW-WSU Dual, as she got the victory in the hammer throw with a mark of 148-5 … followed that with a PR to close the season at the Ken Shannon Invite, throwing the hammer 151-4 … seventh in the hammer at the Pepsi Team Invite at 138-4 … indoors, best weight throw of 46-4 ¼ at the Husky Classic … also threw the shot, with a best of 36-6 ¾ at the UW Final Qualifier.

Born in San Luis Obispo, California ... parents are Sarah and Tim Gravelle ... has two older sister, Margaret and Mary ... her uncle, Mike Gravelle, was the U.S. Champion in the discus in 1994 ... took third at the Washington state hammer throw championships as a senior in 2012, after placing sixth as a junior ... also was 11th at state her sophomore year in the discus ... second at the Oregon Relays in 2012 in the hammer throw, tossing 128-7 ... earned team's most inspirational award her senior year ... a three-year letterwinner in basketball ... valedictorian of her graduating class with a 4.0 grade point average.
