2015: The top short sprinter on the squad, he helped both Husky relays make the podium at the Pac-12 Championships, made his first individual Pac-12 final, and led the 4x100m to NCAA West Prelims … a great Pac-12 Championships included a sixth-place finish in the finals of the 200-meters, as he ran a PR of 21.09 in the finals, and both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays finished in third-place with season-best times of 40.11 and 3:10.96 respectively … ran the second leg on the 4x100m relay that qualified for West Prelims in Austin with the team finishing 18th overall in 40.48 … lowered his 100-meters PR to 10.59 in a win at the UW-WSU Dual meet, where he also was second in the 200m in 21.14 … fourth in the 200-meters at the Pepsi Team Invite in 21.24 … made the 100m final at the Stanford Invite with a 10.59 in the prelims and was seventh in the final at 10.71 … indoors, scored at the MPSF Championships in both the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes, finishing eighth in the 60m final after running a season-best 6.81 in the prelims, and taking sixth in the 200m in a PR of 21.51 … the 21.51 time in the 200-meters moves him to No. 8 on the Husky indoor lists … led off the team’s fastest 4x400m relay indoors, which won the UW Invitational in 3:12.43 … won the 200-meters at the Husky Classic in a time of 21.52 … fifth in the 60m final at the Husky Classic in 6.87 ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team distinction.
2014: Earned First Team All-America honors as part of Washington’s distance medley relay … helped the DMR qualify for NCAAs by running the 400-meter leg at the MPSF Championships, which the Huskies won in a time of 9:31.82, the No. 2 time in school history … at national indoors, the DMR took eighth overall in an altitude adjusted time of 9:35.91 to earn All-America honors … also indoors, ran a season-best 60-meters of 6.82 seconds at MPSFs to make the final where he was seventh in 6.94 … second in the 200-meters at the UW Invitational in 21.64 seconds … made the 60m final at every Dempsey indoor meet … outdoors, battled a hamstring injury late in the season, but still helped the 4x100m relay take seventh at the Pac-12 Championships … top 100m time was a wind-aided 10.64 at the Trojan Invitational for third … ran 21.46 for 200-meters at the Mt. SAC Relays … part of the sprint medley relay that finished ninth at the Drake Relays in 3:22.39 and was also 21st at Drake on the 4x1 … named a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2013: Excellent first season as he earned All-America honorable mention as part of the Husky 4x100-meter relay … ran the third leg on the 4x1, which advanced to the NCAA final site in Eugene after a 12th-place finish at West Prelims in Austin, Texas … the relay clocked a season-best 40.03 seconds in the West Prelims, then ran 40.32 in the national semis to finish 20th overall … he also qualified individually for West Prelims in the 100-meters, finishing 46th overall in 10.68 seconds, and on the 4x400m relay which was 22nd in 3:12.39 … at the Pac-12 meet in Los Angeles, he took 11th in the 100-meters in a wind-aided 10.46 seconds, and was 12th in the 200m in a season-best 21.42 seconds … ran on both relays at Pac-12s, with the 4x100 finishing fourth and the 4x400 placing fifth … at the UW-WSU Dual, ran four times, taking third in the 100m in 10.76 and second in the 200m in 21.65, and on both relays with UW winning the 4x4 … ran on the 4x400m at the Stanford Invite which ran 3:09.38, the best time by a Husky team in five years … indoors, broke onto the Husky top-10 list in the 60m dash with a big season-best of 6.80 at the UW Final Qualifier, tying for 10th on the list … picked up a point at the MPSF Championships as he was eighth in the 200-meters in 21.73 … ran on the fourth-place 4x4 at MPSFs … on the 4x4 that won the Husky Classic in 3:11.50, the top time of the season.
High School and Personal: Born in Tacoma, Washington ... lives with grandparents Emma and Amos Moore III ... has four brothers, Latravion, Loundyne, Edward, and Lamont, amd three sisters, Daejha, Eunissa, and Raven ... one of the top sprinters in Washington, captured the 3A state title in the 200-meter dash as a junior in 2011 ... great senior season, taking second at state in the 200-meters, and third in the 100-meters, and anchoring the 4x100m relay to second-place ... set PRs his senior season of 10.78 in the 100m, winning the Narrows League title, and 21.61 at 200-meters ... also ran wind-aided 10.61 in the state prelims in 2012 ... along with the 200m title, was fourth in the 100m dash and fourth on the 4x100m relay at state in 2011, also running on a state qualifying 4x400m relay ... as a sophomore, placed 12th in the 200-meter prelims at state ... won three Narrows League titles, two at 200-meters and one at 100-meters ... All-State his senior year ... named Lincoln Athlete of the Year ... also lettered in basketball, earning defensive MVP honors and was a captain ... was school's homecoming king and voted most likely to succeed, also serving in ASB and class office ... graduated with 3.3 GPA.
