2014-15 (Track): Earned her first two All-America honors during the indoor season and lowered her PRs outdoors as well ... made the quarterfinal round in the 1,500-meters at West Prelims for the third year in a row, just missing a spot at NCAAs by two places, as she was 14th overall in Austin in a new career-best time of 4:19.59 ... scored at the Pac-12 meet for the first time with an eighth-place finish in the steeplechase, running a PR of 10:29.30 ... ran the steeplechase for the first time since her freshman year at the UW-WSU Dual, winning easily in 10:30.56 ... helped the Huskies to a pair of runner-up finishes at the Drake Relays, running on both the 4x1600m team and the 4x800m team ... opened her outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational, running a then-PR in the 1,500m of 4:20.58 to take third in the second section ... made her first NCAA track appearance indoors, taking 13th overall in the mile (4:43.78), and running the 800m leg on the distance medley relay which finished fifth, earning All-America Second and First Team honors ... ran a new career-best mile time of 4:39.95 at the Husky Classic, the No. 7 mark in school history ... anchored the DMR to second at the MPSF Championships in 11:09.33, and came back the following day to take eighth in the mile in 4:43.74 ... ran the opening leg on the DMR that qualified for NCAAs with a time of 11:05.38 at the UW Invitational, the second-best time in UW history ... opened her season with a 3,000m time of 9:40.74 at the UW Indoor Preview ... named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team for the first time ... also earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors ... (Cross Country): Enjoyed her strongest and most consistent season to date, helping UW reach the NCAA Championships, as she ran among the top-four Huskies every time out … earned All-West Region honors for the first time, as she was 25th at the West Region Championships, and third among Huskies … finished 186th overall at the NCAA meet in Terre Haute as UW placed 23rd as a team … cracked the top-25 at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 23rd in 20:50 as the No. 4 Husky … also was fourth on the team at the Wisconsin Invitational, 112th overall … made her season debut at the Washington Invitational, placing 28th overall as the No. 3 Dawg across the line … was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team.
2013-14 (Track): Made the Pac-12 final at 1,500-meters and advanced to the NCAA 1,500m quarterfinals for the second straight season … despite running with a stress fracture in her foot late in the season, she ran a season-best 4:21.91 in the NCAA first round in Fayetteville to advance … in the NCAA quarterfinals, ran 4:26.09 to finish 17th overall in the West … finished ninth in the Pac-12 1,500m final in a time of 4:27.47 … won a pair of Drake Relays titles, running on UW’s winning 4x1600m relay and also running on the DMR which won in 11:09.59 … third in the 800-meters in the UW-WSU Dual in 2:09.94 … posted a 4:22.50 for 1,500 at the Stanford Invitational … indoors, led off the DMR which captured the MPSF Championships title in a time of 11:13.99, ranking fifth in school history … ran a mile PR of 4:40.74 at the Husky Classic to move to No. 9 on the school’s top-10 list … named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team ... (Cross Country): Ran in the first three meets of the season, starting with a 10th-place finish, fifth on the team, at the Sundodger Invite … was a key to the Huskies winning the title at the Bill Dellinger Invite, as she was the No. 5 finisher, 13th overall, in 17:18 for 5k … also ran at the Wisconsin Invite, finishing 194th, and started at the Pac-12 meet but did not finish … earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2012-13 (Track): A very strong outdoor track season, as she missed her first NCAA Outdoor Championships appearance by just one spot, finishing 13th in the NCAA West Prelims quarterfinals at 1,500-meters … at West Prelims in Austin, she clocked a career-best time of 4:20.88 in the 1,500m after advancing through the first round with a 4:22.77 … just missed the 1,500m final at Pac-12s, taking 14th in the prelims in 4:30.01 … ran an 800-meters personal-best of 2:08.36 at the Pepsi Team Invitational for a fifth-place finish … second in the 800m at the UW-WSU Dual in 2:10.77 … ran the 1,500m at the Mt. SAC Relays in 4:23.13, a time that got her to West Prelims … redshirted the indoor season and did not compete unattached … picked up USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors … also a Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team selection ... (Cross Country): Competed once unattached before redshirting the season ... raced at the season-opening Sundodger at Lincoln Park, and ran well, placing sixth overall in 21:08 for 6k.
2011-12 (Track): Great freshman season running everything from 800-meters up to the 3,000m steeplechase ... would have qualified for NCAA West Prelims in both the 1,500m and steeplechase but ended her season a few weeks early with a fractured foot suffered in a steeplechase jump in Pullman ... her last race of the spring was the UW-WSU Dual, where she ran the steeplechase for the first time and won with a time of 10:31.07, the second-fastest time in school history ... opened her outdoor season with a time of 4:22.26 over 1,500-meters at the Trojan Invitational, a time that ranked fourth on the team ... placed seventh in the 800m at the Pepsi Team Invite with a season-best of 2:10.76 ... competed three times indoors, scoring in the mile run at the MPSF Championships in her first solo run, finishing sixth in 4:46.09 ... lowered that mark to 4:45.85 at the UW Final Qualifier ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... (Cross Country): Was the top freshman for the Dawgs in the fall, running at every race and running in the top-seven at all three postseason meets ... was the No. 6 finisher for UW at the 2011 NCAA Championships, placing 130th overall in 21:15, as the Huskies placed second as a team and earned a spot on the podium for the third time in four years ... she was the third freshman finisher at the Pac-12 Championships in Arizona, placing 21st overall and fourth among Huskies in a season-best time of 20:38, as UW finished second ... ran 21:07 at the West Regional meet to place 31st overall and sixth on the squad as the Huskies claimed the team title for the fourth year in a row ... also was the sixth finisher for UW in its victory at the Wisconsin Invitational, as she placed 98th overall in the year's largest race ... led the Huskies in her first collegiate race, as she placed third at the season-opening Sundodger Invitational at Lincoln Park, running 21:02 as UW won the title.
High School and Personal: Born in Englewood, Colorado ... parents are Cory Kerr Fulton and Curtis Fulton ... capped off an historic senior season by finishing second at the 2011 Jim Ryun Dream Mile in New York, running 4:42.90, the second-best time in the U.S. ... swept the Colorado 5A State Track Championships her senior year, winning titles at 800-meters, 1,600-meters, and 3,200-meters to finish with eight individual track titles for her career ... completed a four-year reign as state champ at 1,600-meters ... also won the high school mile run at the 2011 Stanford Invitational in 4:50.78 ... at UW's own Dempsey Indoor, took sixth in the mile at the 2011 Brooks PR Invite in 4:53.65 ... a Foot Locker All-American in cross country, placing 13th at the 2010 Foot Locker Cross Country National Championships as a senior ... back-to-back top-five finishes at Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, placing fifth in 2009 and third in 2008 ... a three-time top-five finisher at the Colorado state cross country meet ... as a junior on the track, won the 1,600m and 3,200m titles and was second at 800-meters with a PR of 2:10.04 ... named the 2010 Gatorade Colorado Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year ... competed for Team USA at the 2010 World Junior Track & Field Championships in Moncton, Canada, qualifying for the 3,000m steeplechase final and taking 12th overall after running a PR of 10:25.89 in the prelims ... qualified for Junior Worlds by placing second in the steeple at the 2010 U.S. Junior Championships in Des Moines, Iowa ... placed sixth at the 2010 Jim Ryun Dream Mile in New York, running at time of 4:45.56 to place one spot behind current Husky Katie Flood ... took third in the mile at 2010 Nike Indoor Nationals in Boston ... a three-time top-five finisher at the Colorado state cross country meet ... graduated with a 4.2 grade point average.
