2013: Led the Huskies in the long jump indoors and out and competed at the Pac-12 Championships once again … at Pac-12s, took 11th in the long jump with a best of 18-5 ¼, and was 14th in the triple jump at 38-3 ½ … season-best long jump came at the Stanford Invitational, where she was fourth at 18-10 ½ … won the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual with a mark of 18-8 ½, and was third in the triple jump at 38-2 ¾ … sixth in the long jump at the Bryan Clay Invite at 18-7 ¼ … at the Pepsi Team Invitational at Hayward Field, jumped 18-4 ½ to finish third … indoors, had a best long jump of 18-1 ½ at the UW Final Qualifier … 11th in the long jump at the MPSF Championships at 17-10 ¾ … also ran the 60m hurdles three times, with a top time of 9.28 seconds at the Husky Classic … earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2012: Increased her career-bests in both the heptathlon and the pentathlon, moving up the UW top-10 lists in both ... competed at her third straight Pac-12 Multi-Events, placing 12th in the heptathlon with a career-best 4,814 points which ranks her seventh in school history ... set career-bests in the shot put (32-1 ¼), 200m (25.91), and 800m (2:25.66) at the Pac-12 meet ... also came back to compete in the Pac-12 open events, finishing 16th in the 100m hurdles in a slight wind-aided PR of 14.35 seconds ... finished 13th in the long jump with a best of 18-7 ... led the Huskies indoors and outdoors in the long jump, setting a PR of 18-11 ¼ at the Beach Invitational ... also led the team in the 100m hurdles, with her fastest wind-legal time of 14.41 seconds at the Beach Invite ... also completed the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays, scoring 4,633 points ... in the UW-WSU Dual, placed second in the long jump at 18-4 ½ and also was sixth in the long jump at the Pepsi Team Invite, jumping 18-3 ¼ ... indoors, moved to sixth on the Husky top-10 list in the pentathlon with a PR of 3,607 points, coming in a 10th-place finish at the MPSF Championships ... at MPSFs, set a PR of 8.99 seconds in the 60m hurdles, a high jump PR of 5-3 ¼, and a shot put best of 33-10 ¾ ... earned All-Academic honors from the USTFCCCA ... also named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2011: The top multi-event athlete on the squad, placing ninth in the heptathlon at the Pac-10 Championships for the second straight year ... increased her heptathlon best to 4,657 points, seventh-best in school history ... set personal-bests in five events in the Pac-10 heptathlon, starting with a time of 14.92 seconds in the 100m hurdles, a throw of 31-5 ¾ in the shot put, a 26.42-second 200-meter run, a javelin toss of 107-4, and an 800-meter time of 2:26.63 ... stepped in to anchor the 4x100m relay at Pac-10s, as the Huskies took seventh in 48.37 seconds ... long jumped 18-2 ½ at Pac-10s to finish 16th ... took third in the long jump at the UW-WSU dual with a best of 18-3 ¾ ... also completed the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays, finishing 24th with 4,370 points ... seventh at the Pepsi Team Invite in the 100m hurdles, clocking 15.21 seconds, and took ninth in the long jump at 18-2 ½ ... redshirted the indoor season but competed three times unattached ... had a career-best long jump of 18-9 ¼ at the UW Invitational in the pentathlon, and also cleared a high jump PR of 5-2 ½ ... picked up Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.
2010: Washington's busiest competitor during her freshman season, posted Husky top-10 marks in both the pentathlon and the heptathlon, and led the team in the long jump and 60m hurdles ... competed at the Pac-10 Multi-Event Championships, taking ninth in the heptathlon with 4,623 points, ranking her eighth in school history ... also returned to Berkeley for the Pac-10 long jump competition, taking 13th with a team-leading 18-5 ¾ jump ... her Pac-10 heptathlon score was nearly 200 points better than her first go-round, at the Mt. SAC Relays where she took 12th with 4,458 points ... cleared a season-best 5-feet, 1-inch in the high jump at Mt. SAC ... took second in the long jump at the UW-WSU dual meet with a mark of 18-5 ... indoors, moved into 10th-place in the recordbooks in the pentathlon, scoring 3,284 points at the UW Invitational ... placed 13th in the MPSF Championships pentathlon with 3,195 points ... posted the top 60m hurdles time on the squad, clocking 9.08 seconds at the UW Indoor Preview, taking ninth ... indoor-best long jump of 17-9 ½ at the Indoor Preview, placing fifth.
High School and Personal: Born in Everett, Washington ... parents are Duane and Mary Schireman ... lettered all 4 years, captaining her team to a 5th-place finish in 2009...won the 2009 Washington 2A State Meet in the 100m hurdles with a personal best time of 14.59 in the prelims ... also placed second at state in the 300m hurdles, long jump, and triple jump as a senior ... skilled all-around athlete took third her senior year in the Washington state heptathlon with a score of 4,198 ... racked up a whopping fifteen Cascade league titles in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, long jump, triple jump, and 4x400m relay ... at the 2008 Washington/Oregon Meet of Champions, took second in the long jump (18-3 ½) and third in the 300m hurdles (44.86) ... named Team MVP as a junior and senior was the Most Inspirational after her freshman year ... also lettered two years on the varsity soccer team.
