2015: Closed out her Husky career with a second NCAA Outdoors appearance in the 400m hurdles, and ran at NCAA Indoors on the DMR while also helping set two more relay school records ... in the NCAA semifinals in Eugene, ran a career-best 400m hurdles time of 57.49 seconds in her final collegiate race, finishing 12th overall to earn All-America Second Team honors for the second time ... that hurdles time moved her to No. 3 on the Husky top-10 list ... advanced through the NCAA West Prelims in the 400m hurdles for the third straight year, taking seventh in the quarterfinals in 58.17 ... just missed a spot at NCAAs in the 4x100m relay as well, as the group took 13th in 44.94 ... ran a 400m hurdles time of 57.85 in the Pac-12 prelims, then went 58.02 in the finals to take fifth ... ran the third leg on the 4x100m relay that broke a 30-year school record at Pac-12s, running 44.57 seconds for third-place, the best by a Husky squad since 1989 ... got the win in the 400m hurdles in the UW-WSU Dual with a time of 59.22 seconds, and ran on the winning 4x100m relay that ran the No. 2 time in school history at 45.07 ... had a season-best 400m hurdles time of 58.50 seconds at the Mt. SAC Relays and the 4x1 relay won its section in 45.26 ... second in the long hurdles at the Pepsi Team Invite in 59.15 ... opened her outdoor season with a 400m hurdles time of 58.62 seconds at the Baldy Castillo Invite ... ran the 400m leg on the distance medley relay which qualified for NCAAs with a time of 11:05.38 at the UW Invitational, the second-best time in school history ... at the NCAA Indoor meet, ran the 400m leg as the DMR took fifth overall to earn All-America First Team honors ... also ran the 400m leg on the DMR at the MPSF Championships, taking second in 11:09.33, the No. 5 time at UW ... ran the anchor leg on the school record-setting 4x400m relay at the Husky Classic, which finished in 3:43.13 ... ran an indoor 400m PR of 55.92 at the Husky Classic, good for ninth on the top-10, and also ran the second-fastest indoor 200-meters in school history at the same meet, winning the event in 24.43 seconds ... also set a 60m dash PR of 7.65 seconds.
2014: Qualified for a second straight NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, and was able to compete this time around, as she finished 11th overall in the semifinals with a time of 57.74 seconds, just .02 off her PR ... the 11th-place finish earned her All-America Second Team honors ... twice ran PRs of 57.72 seconds in the 400m hurdles, including in the NCAA quarterfinals in Fayetteville, Ark. to move on to Eugene ... ran the same time in the quarters as teammate Kayla Stueckle, with the two tied for third on the UW top-10 list at the end of the season ... had her best Pac-12 finish yet, taking third in Pullman in a time of 58.42 seconds ... first ran a 57.72 at the UW-WSU Dual, taking the win and setting a new meet record ... took third in the 400m hurdles at the Drake Relays, stopping the clock in 58.25 seconds ... in the invite section of the 400m hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays, she ran 58.54 seconds to finish eighth ... part of the 4x400m relay that ran the No. 3 time in school history at Drake, going 3:39.40 ... also ran on both relays at the Pac-12 Championships, with the 4x100 finishing seventh in 46.25 and the 4x400 taking 10th ... finished 22nd in the West Prelims on the 4x400m relay ... indoors, lowered her PR at 400-meters to 56.17 at the MPSF Championships, and ran an altitude converted time of 24.74 seconds in the 200-meters at the New Mexico Classic ... also took second in the Husky Classic at 400m in 56.43.
2013: Had a breakout sophomore season, and specifically a breakout meet at the NCAA West Prelims, where she took more than a second off her PR to advance to the NCAA semifinals in the 400m hurdles … at West Prelims in Austin, she ran a career-best 58.95 seconds in the first round, and then one day later took another second off to run 57.88 in the quarterfinals, finishing eighth overall to move on to Eugene … that 57.88-second PR puts her fourth on the Husky top-10 list … unfortunately, a stress fracture was discovered before the NCAA semis and she was unable to compete at the final site … made her first Pac-12 final in the 400m hurdles, running 59.78 in the prelims and then 1:00.35 in the final for seventh-place … also ran on both relays at Pac-12s, as the 4x1 took eighth and the 4x4 finished seventh in 3:39.43, the No. 3 time in school history … ran a leg of the 4x4 at NCAA West Prelims which finished 24th overall in 3:43.86 … broke the 60-second mark for the first time in the 400m hurdles at the Pepsi Team Invitational at Oregon, placing second to teammate Kayla Stueckle in 59.94 … won section two of the 400m hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays in 59.31 seconds … third in the long hurdles in the UW-WSU Dual after a stumble, and ran on both relays … at the Ken Shannon Invite, ran 24.06 seconds for 200-meters, which would have been the fourth-fastest in school history but it was slightly wind-aided at +2.3 … set a wind-legal 200m best of 24.59 at Stanford … indoors, ran a 200m best of 24.98 at the MPSF Championships, good for 16th overall and seventh on the school top-10 list … ran on a pair of 4x400m relays that posted times on the top-10 list, the first going 3:44.67 at the UW Invitational for the third-best time in school history, and another running 3:45.63 at the Husky Classic for the No. 8 spot … lowered indoor 400m PR to 57.77 seconds at the Husky Classic.
2012: Strong freshman season focusing on the 400-meter hurdles and was a member of UW's fastest 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams ... competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the long hurdles and both relays, placing 13th in the 400m hurdles in a time of 1:01.00 ... scored on the 4x100m relay at Pac-12s in 46.13 seconds, placing eighth, and ran second on the ninth-place 4x400m relay, which ran 3:43.77 ... set her 400m hurdles PR at the UW-WSU Dual, where she finished second in 1:00.81 ... also at the Dual meet, ran on the winning 4x400m relay, which posted a season-best 3:43.55, ranking eighth in school history ... 4x100m relay clocked a season-best 45.96 at the Dual meet, ninth-best in UW history ... sixth at the Pepsi Team Invite in the 400m hurdles and ran on third-place 4x100m relay ... placed 28th overall at the Mt. SAC Relays with a 400m hurdles time of 1:01.90 ... indoors, again ran on the top 4x400m relay, which had a season-best time of 3:45.13 at the Husky Classic to place second, that time ranking fourth in school history indoors ... fastest 400-meters time of the season was 57.93 seconds at the UW Invitational ... won the 200m dash at the UW Final Qualifier in 25.32.
High School and Personal: Born in Santa Monica, California ... parents are Donna Washington and John Woodruff ... the second of five siblings, including older sister Yasmin, younger sister Nikki, and younger brothers Jon and Andres ... sister Yasmin is a sprinter on the UCLA track team ... mother Donna played college soccer ... one of the top long hurdlers in the state of California, placing fourth in the 300-meter hurdles at the 2011 CIF finals ... set her PR in the CIF prelims, clocking 42.24 for the fastest prelim time ... that mark ranked her 18th nationally in 2011 and 10th among all graduating seniors ... stepped up to the 400-meter hurdles at the 2011 USA Junior Championships, as she placed 10th overall in 1:03.10 ... second in the CIF Southern Section finals in the 300-meter hurdles, clocking 42.37 ... won the Santa Fe/Santa Cruz League title in the long hurdles as a senior ... her junior year, placed sixth at state in the 300m hurdles in 42.91 seconds and also won the CIF-SS finals ... also part of several outstanding relays the past two seasons ... ran the third leg on St. Mary's 4x100-meter relay that placed fourth at the state finals in 46.87 ... as a junior, the 4x1 relay took third at state in 46.19 with Woodruff anchoring, and the 4x400m relay was third at state as well in 3:43.80 with Woodruff running third ... also third at state on the 4x100m relay as a sophomore in 46.00 ... set an open 400-meter PR of 57.36 seconds in 2010 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... also lettered in cross country in 2009 and 2010 ... graduated with a 3.8 GPA.
