SEATTLE – Hooch Fagaly was named Pac-12 Player of the Week by the conference Monday morning after batting .667 with one home run and four RBI this past weekend, as the Huskies took two out of three games from Arizona.
SEATTLE – Starting pitcher Bryana Walker turned in a dominant outing, and the Huskies offense provided a balanced attack, as No. 11 Washington earned an 8-0, five-inning win over No. 9 Arizona in game one of a doubleheader Saturday at Husky Softball Stadium. The win gave the Huskies (30-13 10-9 Pac-12) a series win over the Wildcats (40-11, 13-8).
