The University of Washington women's gymnastics team will open its doors to host the third annual Meet the GymDawgs on Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. in the gymnastics training facility in American Airlines Arena.
University of Washington head gymnastics coach Joanne Bowers has announced the addition of two new members to her staff.
In a compilation of all collegiate gymnastics teams, Washington ranked eighth among all teams in 2014 with a cumulative grade point average of 3.52. Utah, the only Pac-12 team ranked higher than the Huskies, led the nation with a 3.78 gpa.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – The Pac-12 Conference announced Wednesday morning by Commissioner Larry Scott that three University of Washington gymnast have been named to the all-conference team; sophomore Allison Northey, first-team all-around, junior Jackie McCartin, first-team beam and senior Aliza Vaccher, second-team all-around.
BERKELEY, Calif. -- The University of Washington Huskies scored a 195.125 at the Pac-12 Championships to lock in their spot at the NCAA Regional Championships that they will host on April 5 at 4:00 p.m. PT. To make the result even sweeter, senior Aliza Vaccher scored a career-high 9.95 on vault that earned her the title of Pac-12 Vault Co-Champion.
